Every photograph on this site is protected by copyright. Yves Paternoster is their author and remains the holder of the rights in them. Nothing on this site transfers those rights: acquiring a licence grants a defined permission to use an image, described in the license terms, and nothing more.
Reproducing, downloading, copying or republishing an image without a licence — including on a website, a social account, a printed document or in the training of a machine learning model — constitutes an infringement of copyright.
Selling
The terms governing purchases are set out in the terms of sale, and the permitted uses of a licensed photograph in the license terms.
